Building and finishing farmhouse tables is one of my favorite things to do. Last week, Gary and I built two farmhouse tables. When we build a piece, we usually build one for the client and one to sell in our shop. We had a custom order for a white wash and distressed table.
Why do I like finishing farmhouse tables? Because there is so much you can do with them - it's like a blank canvas. They are so beautiful whatever you choose to do. Whether it be the whitewash and distress look. Or, you can even do a nice antique color and distress it.
:Like the stain look? Pick your color stain and then put a nice durable finish on it. These tables are heavy, durable and perfect for a family.
We build and finish farmhouse tables based on the specs for your house. Have you ever thought of a farmhouse table? What type would fit in your house?
Sarah Clark along with her husband Gary have busy hands. They love to build beautiful crafted furniture. But, they also upcycle from palettes, insulators, cabinets, doors, and old furniture. It is so much fun to make the old into beautiful new pieces. Follow us on our journey.
